Exterior Lighting Design: Putrajaya, Malaysia

The project:

A new city was to be born in Malaysia and its lighting needed to reflect its modern and forward thinking approach. Working with other lighting designers and the cities own planners and architects it was possible to light the key spaces and features of the new town in a dramatic and interesting way.

The brief:

To show the design team from Putrajaya what was possible but going through installation in Lyon and looking at how that masterplan had been put together. Education and support was to be provided to help them moving forward.

The result:

Strong, visually impressive spaces with lighting that reflects the culture, innovation and progression of the city.
