Marsh Farm in Luton was a strategy style lighting project which involved Luton Council wanting to look at how the area is lit and what improvements could be made to increase public safety and enhance the area. This involved spending nearly three months in total on site walking the area, plotting all existing lighting,
assessing what could be improved, what met current standards and what needed replacing. The project then was taken back in house to Luton Borough Council and the suggested course of action rolled out over a series of years.
